The Myst Condo Former Tan Chong Industrial Park Cashew MRT Station Near to Railway Corridor
The Myst is a new development under the City Developments Limited’s (CDL) Aries arm, is situated at the centre of Bukit Panjang and Cashew. Located at the Tan Chong industrial park in northwest Singapore on 798 and 800 Upper Bukit Timah Road, the 16,620 square metre (178,900 square foot) site is zoned for residential use with a plot ratio of 2.1. CDL Aries is entitled to build a project up to 24-storeys in height on this coveted plot.
For some years now, the city-state has been exploring ways to stimulate the Bukit Timah area with a number of redevelopment initiatives that prioritise accessibility and the inclusion of additional green areas to the neighbourhood. Tender for Tampines Street 62 EC Launched by HDB Secured by Qingjian Realty and Santarli Construction
The Government has released a new EC land parcel for sale in Tampines. The 62-acre parcel is zoned residential with commercial on the first storey. The highest bid for the plot was $422 million, 1.4 percent higher than the second-placed bid of $416.3 million. The tender for the EC site will close on 22 July. The land rate is the highest ever for a residential EC site. The previous record was $603 psf ppr.
The Housing & Development Board, the government’s land-sales agent, has put up the Tampines Street 62 EC site for tender. The bidders must submit their bids by 15 April 2021. The board will make a decision and publish it a few days later. The successful bidder will be awarded the plot, which is slated to yield 590 units. The project is expected to launch in the first half of 2020.
